DDR4 and DDR5 memory are not compatible,DDR5 memory modules cannot be used on motherboards that support DDR4,

2.XMP 2.0 is an optimization technology used by Intel on DDR4,It can automatically overclock. Just open XMP function in the BIOS,So that could get the idealperformance setting.
Memory products with a frequency of 3000MHZ and higher than 3000mhz , which are not using the J.E.D.E.C. standard, which are with the X.M.P. standard. Please check whether the motherboard and CPU support X.M.P. before purchasing.
If the motherboard and CPU don’ t support the change standard,the memory will can only work at 2666MHz/2400MHz.

3.In addition, due to the CPU and motherboard’s problems,if you two pieces single channel memory or four combinations together , it may not be able to form daul channel or multi-channel, without the original manufacture’s test, you can mix and match personally , there may be mismatch and can’t work in right way .

4.If you are a DDR5 motherboard, we only recommend that you use 2 RAM.
If you want to use 4 RAM at the same time, your frequency may be reduced.
Intel CPU:When you use four DDR5 memory at the same time, the default frequency of the system will become 4000, and the maximum can only reach 5600MHz.
AMD CPU:When you use four DDR5 memory at the same time, the default frequency of the system will become 3600, and the maximum can only reach 4800MHz.

5.Before ordering, please make sure that the RAM is compatible with the motherboard/CPU.

Will my items be sent in one package?

RETURNS

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
