How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of LinkinNetwork.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

I think this shelf can hold what you would deem a decent load. It seems sturdy enough. It arrived quicker than expected and was pretty simple to assemble. Would buy again.
This things pretty good have it stacked with tons of stuff in my garage ! not the sturdiest but like i said i have tons of stuff on it that have a decent weight to them and it’s holding fine. took about 10 minutes to set up. super easy and simple! would definitely buy again! came in super quick too took about a week.

Item showed up very fast, Steps were easy to follow and showed everything very well. All parts were intact and free from any damage/defects. Setup was a breeze with all parts clearly labeled. I bought the light-weight version for general storage such as papers, small appliances (less than 10 lbs), and quick storage. So easy to put together that even a young child can do it with some directions.
I ordered two of these shelves and they’re a great bargain. they were delivered quickly and in great condition. simple assembly and they feel sturdy when loaded up. as another person mentioned, i highly recommend using a rubber mallet when assembling to ensure all parts are seated properly.

Quick shipping and delivery. shelving arrived in perfect condition. easy assembly in about 30 minutes, easy to follow instructions, no missing parts, no tools required. i recommend anchoring to wall for safety to protect against tipping over and causing physical injury - just basic common sense.

I didn’t think for the price this would be a decent shelving unit but it is. Sturdy, and can hold about 150 lbs of stuff. Easy to assemble with a hammer and comes with shelf boards.
Great quality shelves for a great price. we bought 3 with the metal racks for the garage. easy to assemble. they're not deep, but i didn't want to dig behind things for other things. the tools and toolboxes fit perfectly.
For the money these are very good similar units are in hardware stores and online for well over $100 i will be ordering more and the communication of store is satisfactory. one unit was missing a few parts and the seller made it right for me very quickly and refunded a unit so i could purchase parts to finish building.
The product is very durable and very easy to install. The product manual is very user friendly and easy to assemble. I definitely recommend the product if anyone need to organize their storage. Thank you for such a great product.
Store communicated well with me when i asked about the sizing of the “high quality” one. easy to put together and instructions were straightforward. for the price you can’t complain. i initially bought this as a shelf for the garage but ended up wanting something more rugged. i don’t expect this to hold tons of weight, but it might be able to hold 200-300 lbs per shelf. shipping was quick since it was already in the us.
