How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of LinkinNetwork.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

Very fast delivery and exactly as described. The measurements are as stated. My 2 dogs use it, and the bigger one weighs 15 kgs. I would say max 20 kgs or it will be too soft. All in all very good.

Is it okay? I was worried because I saw some bad reviews from Korean people, but I bought it cheaply and after unboxing it and putting it in the living room, it was fully unfolded in about 4 hours, not even a day. It's perfectly unfolded like that. It has a zipper so you can take off the cover, and the foam doesn't collapse easily. It's good quality haha, so why are so many people saying something? I just got it and it's a 1.4kg poodle puppy, but when I tried it on the sofa, it went up and down well. However, since I'll be using it in the bedroom, the bed is high so the baby will have to jump or be lifted at the last step. Those who will use it on the bed should refer to the photos. Oh, I think it's much better than Coupang for this price haha. I ordered it separately because the coin discount was cheaper than 1000 Won Market since it's an Ali senior product. This is really good! I did have my doubts, but i dont have any anymore, my dog has an injured leg, so this helps him get on the bed perfectly! I recommend it for small dogs and hold dogs, it did come folded as expected, but after about an hour or too it became firm and my dog quickly used it to get up on the bed :d Overall i give it a 10/10.
I am delighted with these steps so that my little chihuahua can go up or down whenever he wants to the sofa or bed. It is removable which allows you to wash it when it gets dirty. I am very happy with the purchase and I recommend it 100%.
Comparing the stairs bought from Ali with those bought from Olmiopet. Purchased for around 16000 won on Ali. Olmi Pet can be purchased for around 58,000 won. There is a difference of 42,000 won. Excellent for the price. The stiff ones tend to loosen up over time.^^
