For fermentation use, it needs a breathable cloth cover with a strong elastic band, allowing the air to flow in and out. Suitable for a natural yeast fermentation.

And the package comes with silicone spatula that can be used for stirring the food stored inside the jar. Also, it can be used for removing the finished fermented fermentation.

[Glass Jar Sterilization Guidelines] Put the sourdough glass jar into the pot with cold water. Boil it for 5 minutes, turn off and cool the glass jar before removing and using. (Do not put the glass jar after water is boiled instantly) Also, it can be put in the steriliser to disinfect. Please do not put the glass jar in boiled water.
