How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)

It works perfectly, good quality, good image clarity, and easy installation. I recommend it.
I installed it on the Ray canister car. The rear camera works well and it's Android. The connection speed is also quite fast. It is entirely possible for those with manual dexterity, and if you hold it properly, it can look like the original product. The Bluetooth function is somewhat inconvenient to use (the other person doesn't understand what I'm saying well), and I have to endure the inconvenience of connecting via FMT in a car without AUX. There are many products, but I recommend this one.
The product is great, the touch screen works well, it connects well to the car audio via Bluetooth, the screen brightness can be adjusted, and it can be set for day or night. I ordered on Monday and received it on Thursday; it arrived very quickly.

I ordered it after reading the reviews. I went to the car and used the Type-C charger I had at home to connect it, and it worked well with Auto Android.
I purchased it with a rear camera included, but the rear camera is not working. Android Auto works well and connects immediately. I installed it in my parents' 2010 model car and connected it to my phone, and it works well. There is a bit of inconvenience in combining the rear mount, but it's quite good for the price. It's smaller than I expected, so a larger navigation system would also be fine. It's about half the size of the navigation system in an older car.
Fits well with the frame, good visibility, but boot connection takes more than 10 seconds.
The box was slightly damaged, but since it was a double-layered box, the contents inside were intact. The delivery was quite fast. If you only use the navigation system, you can use it without any additional tasks, just by providing power and pairing with Android Auto or CarPlay, making it accessible for anyone to use. I have a navigation system that I was using previously, but it was difficult for me to find the necessary materials to install it, so I just left it as is and installed it in the front, putting the power and camera cables inside the embedding material. I purchased a rear camera together with it, but it takes some time to run the wires to the rear. There's no need for any wiring work; just connect it to the reverse light + power cable. (Test the camera before starting to record.) Since my car is a very old model and has a license plate on the lower bumper, there wasn't enough space to install the camera properly. If I had installed it as is, the camera would have gone inside the license plate and I could have been fined. So, I moved it to one side and installed it, but there was no problem at all in using it because I could adjust the parking guidelines in the settings (line adjustment, flip up and down, flip left and right all worked). It's not a recording camera, so there's no problem with rear view recognition at all. There is intermittent noise in the AUX and FM transmission, but it can still be used, and since I use it as a standalone speaker, listening to the radio often actually makes it better.
Snappy start and works fine . straight forward and easy to use
It's the best value for money. I was worried about what to do after buying a used car, but it turned out to be a similar environment to what I was using before at a low cost.
Very good quality and everything very easy installation. quality is greater than expected and everything works perfectly. only problem is the microphone it is really bad when i am calling.
I can't believe that you can use such features at this price. When connected to a car via Bluetooth, it even supports audio output through the car speakers, so if you're considering it, just go ahead and make the purchase.
