Why is my diagnostic program(CPU-Z etc.)showing that my memory is running at half thefrequency?
CPU-Z usually detects the bus frequency of the memory,which is half of the frequency for DDR type memory.DDR(Double Data Rate)data rate provides twice the memory bus frequency.Therefore,if the memory busspeed is 1600MHz and you are using DDR4-3200 memory,the RAM is running at the correct speed.

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

I bought this module to replace a defective ram module that came with a mini pc. The original memory was faulty on arrival. After installation, this module has been stable through multiple cold boots and several hours of operation. No issues observed so far.

I had many questions after i received the ddr4 8gb ram. The seller responded late on the weekend. I had another question the next day. The seller also responded quickly. Today, i had the ram installed (i could have done it but it would void my warranty). So i added 8 gb to my existing 8gb = 16gb. The memory is tested correctly as a genuine crucial sodimm (owned by and uses micron chips). I purchased 3200 mhz but dell slows down ram in there laptops for stability. On a gaming computer, the xmp function, in bios, to enable the full 3200mhz speed.
I installed it on an HP laptop that only had 4GB, and now with 8GB and an SSD it works perfectly; I've given the computer a new lease on life. It came well packaged.
