Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

Item cam exactly as described. the cpu was already installed and installation of the motherboard was simple. there are no included instructions for the pin out for the case so had to look up the board online to find the manual. delivery was delayed by a couple of days with no updates but it was all received.
Very good construction, I didn't notice that it has few PWMs (2 CPU fans) but overall it works well.

Its working as intended
As always machinist motherboard is flawless! This is the fourth pc i have built using the x99 motherboards. It performs perfectly! Quick shipping easy setup, awesome product! Two of these i have had for over two years. Don't hesitate, just buy it!
Very good, you just need to arrive and install the components and turn it on. You have to buy a 3V battery because it doesn't come with one. It comes with a cable for the SSD hard drive and an M2 screw.
Excellent for use as a home server
Interesting board, everything functions as it should. Bios is clunky, too many options, and the only other issue i had was the nvme stand snapping off immediately. I was able to jimmy it back on anyway - that was the only issue i really had. Otherwise happy with the purchase, excellent budget option and had a pretty good cpu score on 3dmark for how old the cpu is. Thermals were fine, didn’t get over 33c. Board wasn’t too hot either i’m not sure why everyone on yt was having thermal issues with their board. Will buy again, thanks
First installation, everything is fine for now. The VRMs are heating up a bit, will need to monitor over time. Good value for money
